JOB INTERVIEW INFORMATION

Congrats! You’ve been invited to the next step of the job application process - the onsite interview! Please read the following information to prepare for your interview.

What to expect

The interview will be casual. Please wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothes to walk outdoors in. Each interview takes approximately 15 minutes.

BE PREPARED TO TELL US ALL ABOUT YOU AND WHY WE SHOULD HIRE YOU! We will discuss your work history, prior animal experience, and skills, as well as your career goals and aspirations. Tell us what makes you qualified for the position. This is your chance to convince us that we should hire you over all the other candidates! Feel free to ask as many questions about the position as you’d like.

How to find us

Type “Dragonstone Ranch” on either Apple Maps or Google Maps. Both will take you right our front entrance! Our address “2591 CR 137” is posted on the entrance so that you will know you are at the right place.

CALL US upon ARRIVAL

Please call Mimi at 254-499-2003 when you reach our front gate so that we can let you in. Make sure to state your name and appointment time.

About half a mile down our road, there will be a red shed on your left, just behind the larger red building. Park in FRONT of the shed (away from the fence). If you are early for your appointment, please stay in your vehicle until we call for you.

HOW TO EXIT

To exit, drive toward the front gate. The motion-detected gate will automatically open for you. Make sure to stay on the left side of the road and aim for the solar panel.

We will always contact every candidate that completed an onsite interview when we make a decision, regardless of the decision. If we have not yet contacted you, then we are either still conducting interviews or have not yet made a decision.
