STEP 1: READ GUEST WAIVER
Read (do not complete) our guest waiver here. Each guest will be required to sign this waiver at check-in.
STEP 2: READ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A nonrefundable deposit is required to book any animal experience. The deposit amount is $100 for any 1-hour experience, and $200 for a 2-hour one. We only accept cash for the remaining balance on the day of your tour. If you wish to pay electronically, you can pay in full at time of booking. Please review our accepted payment methods here:
You may reschedule up until 3 days prior to your scheduled tour date. Cancellations or requests to reschedule within the 3-day notice will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, EXCEPT in the case of severe weather in King, TX. Must contact Dragonstone Ranch by Facebook Messenger or text/phone call at (254)-499-2003 to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy!
By law, we are obligated to collect Texas sales tax on all sales completed within the state of Texas. All Texas sales will incur a sales tax rate of 6.75% (6.25% paid to the state of Texas, and 0.50% paid to Coryell County).
